Please take your time to read through my ToS. By ordering a commission from me, you agree to my terms of service. My terms on the usage rights of the artwork apply to all works I draw, no matter if its paid or free work.
✧ General Information ✧
You may use English or German to communicate with me!
My prices are in €. Keep that in mind and use a currency convertor to see the prices in your currency!
I take payment only via PayPal.
I never work on deadline. I am a hobby artist with a full time job and do art in free time, which is why it can take a bit of time until I complete your artwork.
I usually won't take payment until I am certain that I will complete your order in an appropriate amount of time. (Usually around the sketch / base color phase)
Please perceive unpaid commissions rather as a spot on my waiting list rather than a claim you have.
You may ask for updates, but please be patient and don't spam and pressure me.
I don't have a regular schedule or a spot where I keep up open Commission Spots. If you are interested, you can note me with your idea.
I usually only do commissions with artistic freedom or Mystery Boxes nowadays. Keep your eyes peeled for advertises or simply ask me if I have time to do one for you.
I reserve the right to decline a commission inquiry without giving a reason (even though I will likely do so.)
I can cancel unpaid commissions at any given time without owing the commissioner anything.
If a commissioner is rude or if I feel uncomfortable with the commission progress, their order will be canceled and (partially) refunded.
✧ Art Usage Rights ✧
As the artist, I keep all rights of my work and I am allowed to use the art I made for you for advertising, portfolio, and upload it wherever I please.
However: I will never use artworks with character designs that I don't own for anything to make profit. (e.g.: printing merch, etc.)
Do not claim the artwork to be made by you.
You are not allowed to use my artwork in any commercial way (e.g. printing merch, selling prints, etc.). However feel free to to use it to print things for your private use!
You are allowed to crop the artwork, e.g. to use it as an icon, Toyhou.se profiles, badges, etc.
You can repost and upload your artwork wherever you want, as long as it is for private use. I would appreciate it if you give proper credit and link back to one of my sites.
You can do minor changes on the work. (e.G. if the character design changed slightly). I would prefer it if you don't mess with my art, but small changes are fine. Just be respectful and don't mess my work up.
✧ Adoptables ✧
After purchasing an adoptable, you can edit, alter and change everything about the design as you please without having to ask me for permission.
If you adopt a design together with a backstory / lore idea I came up with for the character, I'd ask you to not claim my ideas as your own and give credit for the base idea.If you change the story so much that barely anything of my concept is left, then it's fine. I appreciate if you stay respectful towards my creativity.
No need to credit me everytime you upload art of that character (even though it is appreciated!). Please credit me on the reference sheet or page with the character information.
If you altered the original design to a point that almost none of my original design is left, then it's fine to no longer credit me - even though I would still appreciate the respect.
You can use the character design fully, even for commercial purposes (e.g. making merch of that character) if you please. I won't charge extra money, but I'd love to be credited!
You can gift, resell and trade my character designs as you please. But do not resell them for a higher price unless you added artwork.
✧ Refunds ✧
You can cancel unpaid and unstarted commissions at any given time without needing an explaination.
The same goes for me. If I feel uncomfortable or think I can't fulfil your order, I might cancel it. I want to deliver quality and therefore will not take money for things I'm insecure about.
If the commission is canceled, you will get a refund based on the work that was already done:
Not started: Full Refund
Sketch: 100% - 85 % Refund, depends on the work that's already done
Lineart: 50 % Refund
Flat Colours: 25 % Refund
Shading: fully depends on the work that's already done
You may keep the artwork stage you paid for in any case.

CONTACT
Contact me on any website if you want to order; FurAffinity or Bsky is prefered at this moment.
You can immediately send me your references, ideas and concepts. Please don't start with a simple "Hi" message, as I'll likely ignore it. Just come in and state your business, I appreciate it!
REFERENCES
You can send me as many reference material as you need to show me exactly what you are looking for. Be clear and precise.
I work with visual references of your characters only. Written descriptions are only okay if the design is really simple. (e.g. 'white wolf with green eyes') I prefer unshaded references.
Visual references paired with written additions are fine! (e.g. 'this is an old reference, please give them long hair and blue eyes')
Feel free to always link me the characters lore (e.G. Toyhou.se Page) so I can read about them! It helps me getting your characters features right!
Please tell me if certain features are very important to you, so I can make sure to get them right!
EDITS & CHANGES
If I miss markings of make design mistakes, I will correct them for free (even on free artwork, just let me know!) Please be aware that I don't keep my PSD files forever, so I can only fix them for as long as I have not deleted them yet. (means: ask me as soon as you realize)
Please state all your wishes for changes in the sketch phase, since it gets really hard to fix things once the lineart or coloring phase starts. The earlier, the better!
Feel free to give me little sketches or even redlines to point out how you want things to be done.
Once the lineart is done, mayor changes might cost a fee depending on how difficult they are to do.
✧ Do's and Don'ts ✧
I do:
Only characters with animal faces (Anthro, Feral, Fancharacters)
Any kind of species
Any gender, body type, sexuality, age range (including SFW kidfurs)
OCs, fan OCs, licensed characters only for non-commercial art
Non-explicit PinUps, Artistic Nudity, Erotic Topics
☒ I don't do:
Licensed characters (only for free art / FanArt)
Human Faces
Full Mechs
Fetish focused characters*
Explicit gore / violence / body horror
Offensive / Hateful / Political Art
NSFW Boundaries
I'm not very experienced with detailed NSFW, therefore I am picky what I draw. I'm not very judgemental, but won't draw things I'm not comfortable with. Most softer kinks are fine with me. Feel free to ask, but don't be disappointed if I'm not comfortable drawing your request.
Absolute No-No's:
NSFW art of underaged characters
NSFW art of Ferals / Four legged characters (I don't judge, but I'm uncomfortable drawing it myself)
Pedophilia, Zoophilia, Shota, and all sorts of those things.
All "dirty" fetishes (poop, farts, vomit, etc.)
Hyper / Fetishes I'm not comfortable with**
* No Fetish Focused Characters: Characters with very exaggerated body parts or proportions, e.g. hyper bodyparts, enlarged feet)
** Fetishes I'm not comfortable with: There are a ton of Fetishes I would not be comfortable drawing, so I don't list them all.
If you are insecure, feel free to ask me about your idea / wish. I will politely decline your request if it makes me uncomfortable. Please understand that I do not mean it in a harmful / judgemental way, but I won't draw things that make me uncomfortable as the quality of the art would suffer from it and i wan't to deliver quality works.
✧ FanArt Boundaries ✧
People often ask me if I like to receive Fanart and what my boundaries on those are, so here we go:
About my OCs
I love all my OCs dearly and they mean a lot to me, as they are my creative and emotional valve and I put a lot of time and effort into my characters. I am aware that design copyright is a difficult topic in the fandom. I've already had several instances of people stealing my ideas and designs, which is why I am a little protective about my OCs. I decided to share them openly anyway, as I want to give people a chance and I believe that creative working is just so much more fun if you share it with others.
So if you want to interact with my creations, I expect you to be respectful.
Generally I love Fanart! I am very happy if you like my OCs enough that you wan't to draw them and I'm always happy to receive Fanart!
You may draw sfw FanArt of my characters if you please, no need to ask beforehand! Just make sure to send me the link to the finished piece so I don't miss it!
Every characters on my ToyHou.Se Page with a reference sheet can be drawn.
If we are friends / close mutuals and you are familiar with my OCs, some of the rules might not apply to you as I trust you do treat my OCs with care.
Please never use artwork with my OCs on it to print it in on a physical medium. e.g. for commercial purposes or physical merchandise such as artbooks, printed goodies or anything else. Not even if they are for free. I don't want art of my OCs to be distributed to strangers in a physical form. (Digital Uploads to your portfolio / galeries is fine!) If you plan on using art for me for prints or anything similiar, I'd ask you to not draw my characters or refrain from using that artwork for such purposes.
Please follow those rules:
No sexual art without asking me first: I am picky with nsfw art and I also have a few characters that I don't want in nsfw situations.
Bloody / Gory situations depend on the characters. Some settings and characters are meant to be dark, other characters might not fit. If it fits their setting, you're good, if you are in doubt, you can always ask!
Please try to not draw them Out Of Character. Usually I have a lot of information on them and I put value that their art represents them. Take a bit of time to get their core personality right.
Don't do (romantic) shipping with anyone except their designated partners. However you can draw them interact with other characters in platonic / everyday situations if it fits within their lore.
Do not shapeshift my characters in any way; e.g. genderbending, or switch anthro-characters into ferals or vice versa. If characters have an different forms, it is on their reference. If not, then don't shapeshift them.
Please respect my OCs and don't draw anything offensive, insulting or mean.
My Fursonas
I'm a little less picky when it comes to my fursonas. You can always draw our fursonas interact together in non-romantic and non-sexual ways, do funny or derpy stuff, memes, or any sort of fun shenanigans, for as long as its fun and positive!
BUT I am in a closed relationship and I don't want any sort of romantic interactions with anyone except the fursonas of my husband.
One exception: If you plan on doing big group-pictures with a bunch of different people, I'd appreciate to get asked first, as I do not wish to get unvoluntarily pulled into any sort of group dynamics.
✧ F A Q ✧
Just some questions people sometimes ask / might wonder about. Can I contact you / write to you?
I am very happy about feedback on my art and creative creations. You can also always say 'Hi' to me as a creator, but please be aware that I'm not looking for friends online, as I am too overwhelmed with my social life already. So please don't take it personal if I am not up for personal conversation. What are your Instant Messengers (Telegram, Discord, etc.)
I don't use Instant Messengers for Socializing so I won't give them out, sorry. What art software and hardware do you use?
I do my digital art mostly on a destkop computer. I have a Wacom Intuos Pro Graphic Tablet and use Paint Tool Sai 2 with pretty much the Standard Brushed cuz I suck at creating my own brushes. I also have a tablet with Procreate I sometimes sketch on, but most art you see is likely done in SAI2.Are you doing ArtTrades?
I am open for Trading whenever I have enough time to do so. Feel free to shoot a note and ask if you feel like trading! Are you doing Free Art / Requests?
I do occasional free art, but please refrain to contact me and ask about it. Instead, keep an eye out for Raffles, Free Art Posts or any other sorts of shenanigans I sometimes offer!
